Miss California USA, Raquel Beezley, front, is crowned by reigning Miss California USA Meagan Tandy at a news conference in Beverly Hills, Calif., Thursday, Dec. 6, 2007.Blaming an accounting mix-up, Miss California USA organizers have handed this year's title from Miss Los Angeles Christina Silva to Miss Barstow Raquel Beezley. Beezley was handed the crown Thursday in a Beverly Hills ceremony by last year's Miss California, Megean Tandy, after the pageant's state director, Keith Lewis, blamed the mistake on 'human error.'
