Like other drugs of abuse, methamphetamine is known by all sorts of street names - including meth, chalk, ice, crystal, and glass. But no matter what you call it, meth is dangerous and highly addictive. Snorting, injecting, or smoking meth over the long term can lead to anxiety, confusion, insomnia, mood disturbances, and violent behavior.

What's more, meth abuse can cause terrible dental problems as well as heartbreaking changes in physical appearance, as you can see in the following photos taken between 2005 and 2009, and provided courtesy of the Multnomah County (Oregon) Sheriff's Office...
